Our Guarantee / Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We cover our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order, a full refund less the cost of the original shipping will be offered. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please be sure to examine your products upon arrival, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. ALL returns must be postmarked and returned within 7 days of delivery and must have a return authorization number obtained by us, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email us to obtain this number along with the reason for your return. Orders returned without authorization will be refused and returned to sender.

Once an order has been processed and released for shipment it cannot be canceled. Should an order be refused upon delivery it is deemed a return and shipping charges to and from will be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be returned in the original purchased condition which includes product packaging. Berry garlands that have been removed from their original cellophane sleeves will incur a 15% re-sleeving fee that will be deducted from the product refund, no exceptions.

Light sets are not refundable after 3 days of original delivery date and ONLY non-working light sets are eligible for returns.
Please check your lights upon receiving them.

All berry products are artificial and unless otherwise stated are not waterproof, outdoor use during inclement weather is not recommended. Avoid placing berry products in direct sunlight.


Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated, however should we deem another method of shipment to be more efficient we reserve the right to ship at our discretion. USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 of insurance, USPS Standard Shipping does not include insurance but insurance can be purchased for an additional cost and needs to be purchased prior to shipping.

TRANSIT TIME does not include processing time. We process orders and ship them in the order that we receive them, most orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Please allow for longer processing time during holidays. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

We obtain delivery confirmation numbers on all packages shipped, we cannot assume responsibility or be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. For lost, stolen or damaged packages please notify the delivery agent (US Postal Service) as soon as possible. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide complete and accurate shipping information, we will not be held responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information obtained. 

International Orders

If applicable, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for any customs and import taxes that may apply. These charges are not included in the cost of shipping. Additionally, we are not responsible for any orders that may be slowed due to customs. 

As required by law, sales tax will be applied to orders (including shipping cost) when applicable.
