Our Policies

Our Guarantee/Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We cover our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will replace the product or offer a full refund less the cost of shipping. If a returned product is found to be defective as a result of the manufacture, shipping charges may OR may not be included in the refund based on the sole discretion of the seller once the product is returned and inspected. Please be sure to examine your products upon arrival, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us by email right away. ALL refunds or exchanges MUST be done within 7 days of arrival and MUST have a return authorization number obtained by us, please email us to obtain this number along with the reason for your return. Any order returned without authorization will be refused. All refunds/exchanges MUST be returned in it's original purchased condition which includes product packaging. Berry garlands removed from its original cellophane sleeving cannot be refunded or exchanged. Teeny Bulb Light sets are not refundable or exchangeable after 7 days of arrival.

All berry products are artificial and unless otherwise stated are not waterproof, outdoor use during inclement weather is not recommended. Avoid placing berry products in direct sunlight.


Shipping Policy

All of our orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Select and USPS First Class unless otherwise stated or requested, we do however reserve the right to modify the method of shipping should we deem it to be a more efficient shipping method. We process orders and ship them in the order that we receive them, most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Please allow for longer processing time during holidays.

We obtain delivery confirmation numbers on all packages shipped, we cannot assume responsibility or be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. For lost, stolen or damaged packages please notify the delivery agent (US Postal Service) as soon as possible. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide complete and accurate shipping information, we will not be held responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information obtained. Any package refused upon delivery or returned to us for inaccurate shipping information will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Please note that most USPS Priority Mail packages include up to $50 of insurance per the US Postal Service. Shipping insurance is available on all packages for an additional fee, please contact us immediately after placing your order should you require insurance. All over sized packages are shipped by USPS Parcel Select. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

At this time we ship only within the United States & Canada. Please note that all APO/FPO orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail only, our discount shipping does not apply. Please be sure to check the appropriate shipping option at check out.


As required by Illinois law, state and local tax are applied to all purchases made within the state of Illinois. Purchases shipped to addresses outside of Illinois have no sales tax applied by us. Sales tax in not applied to the cost of shipping.
